+In [[Machines|MACHINES]], the Windmill Pillar is the foundation of a [[Windmill|Windmill]]. It forms the vertical structure that supports the full build.

+## Functionality
+Pillars must be stacked vertically to create a tower. The height of this tower directly affects how much wind the Windmill can capture, which in turn impacts power generation. Power transfer becomes ineffective beyond a height of 15 blocks, so building higher than this will not increase output. The Windmill Pillar does not function on its own and requires a [[Windmill Nacelle|Windmill Nacelle]] to generate power.

+Place Windmill Pillars on top of each other to build upward. Continue stacking until you reach your desired height, then place a [[Windmill Nacelle|Windmill Nacelle]] on top to complete the structure.
